In conversation with Katelyn Cooper – spotLights episode 16 is now live

In this episode, we talk to Dr Katelyn Cooper who is an Assistant Professor at the School of Life Sciences of Arizona State University, USA. Katelyn is the first author of a preprinted study (link below) that provides the first comprehensive analysis of the LGBTQ+ climate in the biological sciences. Here, we discuss the main findings of this important and timely work.
