New Preprint Highlights published with Development’s Special Issue

The latest Special Issue of Development – titled ‘The Extracellular Environment in Development, Regeneration and Stem Cells’ – includes a companion article that features a selection of recent preprints chosen and highlighted by members of the preLights community.

Building on the themed Preprint Highlights format introduced in Journal of Cell Science, Issue 12, contributors were invited to identify particularly exciting preprints related to the Special Issue theme and explain why these studies stood out to them. The resulting collection showcases emerging research across a range of topics in extracellular biology, from extracellular matrix dynamics and tissue morphogenesis to cell-cell communication and developmental processes.

This collaboration highlights the expertise and perspectives of the preLights community while drawing attention to innovative research at the preprint stage.
