Systems biologist with too many tabs and just enough datasets

Indian Institute of Technology Indore

I’m a PhD scholar, I study how the gut microbiome influences brain development using computational multi-omics alongside wet-lab validation. I’m especially interested in neuroactive metabolites/peptides and human-accelerated regions in neurodevelopment. Earlier, I worked across antimicrobial resistance in Helicobacter pylori, EBV-linked gastric cancer, and COVID-19 host responses, and I build open-source, reproducible analysis toolkits to make these studies faster and more robust. On preLights, I highlight preprints at the interface of microbiome-neurodevelopment, infection biology and translational omics, with an eye for rigorous methods and clinical relevance.
