I am a postdoctoral fellow in Dr. Jun-An Chen’s lab in the Institute of Molecular Biology, Academia Sinica, Taiwan. My works focus on the role of microRNAs in motor neuron development and degeneration. I am using both mice models and human iPSC differentiation approaches to characterize the physiological functions as well as the therapeutic applications of microRNAs. I have broad interests in molecular biology, stem cell biology, CRISPR gene editing, and neurodegenerative diseases.
