Dena is a Neuroscience Ph.D. candidate in David Schoppik’s lab at New York University. Previously, she did her undergraduate work with Suzanne Paradis at Brandeis University. From Brandeis, she graduated with a triple B.S. in Neuroscience, Biology, and Psychology, a minor in history, and an accelerated M.S. in Neuroscience. She is currently investigating mechanisms underlying identity specification and multi-synaptic wiring specificity in a larval zebrafish vestibular circuit.
