I am a Neuroscience Ph.D student at the University of California, Riverside. I work in the laboratory of Dr. Anupama Dahanukar, where we study mechanisms of function and circuits of behavior of the gustatory sensation system in the fruit fly Drosophila melanogaster. I am interested in the circuitry and processing of sensory information and how they drive innate behaviors.
