Hi everyone!
I am a PhD Fellow in Genomics and Bioinformatics at the Turing Centre for Living Systems in Marseille, France. My research focuses on the integration of scRNA-seq, spatial transcriptomics and imaging techniques to generate comprehensive models of the interactions between stromal cells and developing T-cells in the thymus in pathophysiological conditions. I have a keen interest in the field of immunogenomics and bioinformatics! Beyond academics, I love spending time outdoors and I’m also passionate about art. I’d love to learn how to illustrate scientific concepts in an engaging and comprehensive way!
